JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

The role involves taking overall responsibility by implementing and training our customers in our business system Tengella. You are responsible for maintaining good relationships with our customers and developing them by helping them grow with Tengella. Another very enjoyable aspect is to contribute new ideas together with colleagues and customers regarding smart and useful features in the system that help our customers even more. Together, we create Sweden's best business system in the service sector and achieve Sweden's most satisfied customers.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

As an Account Manager/Trainer, we do not set significant demands on previous experience, other than it is advantageous to have worked with some form of customer care. Instead, your personality is the most important thing; you have the right drive, service mindset, business thinking, and believe that relationship-building sales energize you. You are curious, want to learn new things, and take responsibility. You have sales and pedagogical skills with a high sense of responsibility and are ambitious as a person.

We would like you to have some form of university degree or similar education, preferably in sales, economics, service, behavioral science, or HR. Alternatively, practical experience in corresponding fields would be advantageous.

We also see that you find it easy to learn new systems and preferably reside in the Gävle area.
