The customer service team at Gavlegårdarna consists of 16 customer service representatives who work with meetings with tenants and housing seekers in reception, phone, and chat functions. Customer service is the group that the consultant will belong to. The immediate manager is the head of customer service.

Your working hours will be scheduled according to 07:00-15:30 or 07:30-16:00. There will be no opportunity for remote work as all work takes place on-site. The assignment extends to the turn of the year with the possibility of extension.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a customer service representative, you will have daily contact with Gavlegårdarna's customers, staffing reception, phone, and chat functions. It is a varied job that requires a liking for working with service and curiosity about your surroundings. In a welcoming, caring, and human way, the customer service representative receives inquiries and handles them within the frameworks of the applicable routines and processes while ensuring that the tenant understands and accepts the solution.

Your main job responsibilities include:

  • Answering general questions about rentals and applying for housing
  • Receiving inquiries from tenants, housing seekers, and other stakeholders
  • Providing status information on ongoing cases
  • Receiving maintenance requests
  • Key and tag management
  • Payment matters, such as rent payments, maintenance, and optional orders
  • Writing agreements for vehicle spaces and storage
  • Terminations of housing, vehicle space, and storage

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

  • Has a high school education and previous work experience in customer service
  • Since you will have a lot of contact with tenants, housing seekers, and other stakeholders via reception, phone, and chat functions, we see that you are good at communicating, listening, and showing empathy through the interaction, regardless of how it occurs
  • Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish in both speech and writing
  • Has a B driver's license
  • Has good computer skills

We consider it an advantage if you have experience in the housing industry.
