Do you want to be part of a team where service, accessibility, and communication are in focus? We are now looking for 1-2 dedicated and solution-oriented customer service representatives who want to contribute to a positive customer experience.

About the role
As a customer service representative, you are the first point of contact for our tenants, housing seekers, and other stakeholders. You will staff the reception, answer incoming calls, and manage chat functions. With a warm and professional attitude, you will receive and handle inquiries according to current routines and processes. Your work is varied and requires you to be service-oriented, curious, and attentive.

Your responsibilities include:

• Answering general questions about rentals and housing applications

• Receiving and handling inquiries from tenants and other stakeholders

• Providing status updates on ongoing cases

• Registering and following up on maintenance requests

• Managing key and tag handouts

• Processing payment matters, such as rent payments and maintenance orders

• Writing contracts for parking spaces and storage

• Handling terminations of housing, parking spaces, and storage

Who are you?
We are looking for someone who is passionate about customer service and enjoys a role where you meet and help people daily. You are communicative, attentive, and have the ability to build good relationships. You express yourself clearly in both speech and writing and have a solution-oriented mindset. You have a positive and responsible attitude and can work both independently and in a team.

We would like you to have:

• Experience in customer service with incoming calls

• High school education or equivalent experience

• Good communication skills and a service-oriented attitude

• Driver's license (B)

About the assignment
The position is on-site, and remote work is not possible. Working hours are scheduled between 07:00-15:30 or 07:30-16:00. The assignment runs until 2025-12-31, with the possibility of extension in three-month periods. Notification of any extension will be given at least two months before the end date of the assignment.
We offer a salary in accordance with the applicable collective agreement, which means a monthly salary between 21,000 and 24,000 SEK for a full-time position.
