Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people and is passionate about service. You are a good communicator who can listen, explain, and handle various types of inquiries in a solution-oriented and professional manner. Creating good customer experiences through a friendly approach comes naturally to you.
We would like you to have:

  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a role with a lot of customer contact
  • Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing
  • Good computer skills and experience working in systems
  • High school education or equivalent experience
  • Driver's license B


Experience from the housing industry is a merit but not a requirement. We place great importance on your personal qualities.


What does the role entail?

As a customer service representative at Gavlegårdarna, you will be the first point of contact for their tenants and housing seekers. You will:

  • Answer questions about rentals, housing applications, and ongoing inquiries
  • Handle maintenance requests and other customer inquiries via reception, phone, and chat
  • Administer keys, tags, contracts, and terminations
  • Assist customers with payment issues and maintenance orders
