As a part-time receptionist at Member 24, you will work with your team to achieve sales targets, ensure a high level of service for our members, and ensure the daily operations of the gym run smoothly.

Your tasks will include: reception work, membership sales, case management, customer service, and maintaining order and cleanliness in the gym.

We are looking for someone who is flexible, driven, enjoys working with sales, and can work very structured towards clear goals and expectations. You should have good computer skills as this is an important tool in your role. There are guidelines for the operations that will facilitate your role. We are looking for colleagues who want to grow with us in the long term, for example, combining this position with studies or another part-time job.

It is important for us that you are available all summer, enjoy having a lot of responsibility, thrive working independently, and like to juggle multiple tasks at once. Also, you should be able to work at all gyms in Gävle and Sandviken.

Scope: Summer job during weeks 24-34 at our gyms in Gävle and Sandviken. Opportunity to continue as a substitute after the summer. Start date: May 2025. Application deadline: 13/4-2025.

Qualifications

In the role of part-time receptionist, you need to be:

• Interested in and enjoy working with sales. (Previous experience in sales is a big plus.)
• Ready to “roll up your sleeves” when needed.
• Engaged and driven with a lot of energy.
• Goal-oriented with a strong sense of service.
• Organized, structured, and meticulous.

To succeed in the role, you should have:

• At least a high school education with passing grades.
• We prefer at least 1 year of experience in similar jobs, e.g., in retail or the gym industry.
• Good knowledge of handling the Office suite.
• Experience working towards budgets and set goals is a plus.
• Good knowledge of both Swedish and English, spoken and written.

At selected gyms, there are cool studios for group training, where we run both our own concepts and programs from partners like Les Mills.
