Customer Service Representative for Consulting Assignment in Gävle

Do you love meeting new people and solving problems with a smile? We are looking for a confident and inspiring customer service representative for a consulting assignment via Manpower at our client in Gävle. Here you will work in an organization where the customer experience is the focus, and together we create top-class service. You will have daily contact with tenants and housing seekers via reception, phone, and chat function.

Your Tasks

• 🏠 Answer questions about rentals and housing searches - helping dreams find a home!
• 📞 Receive and handle inquiries from tenants and other stakeholders
• 🔄 Keep customers updated on their cases
• 🔧 Receive maintenance requests - no one likes dripping faucets!
• 🔑 Manage keys and tags - because no one wants to be locked out
• 💰 Administer rent payments and other financial matters
• 📜 Write contracts for parking spaces and storage
• 🚪 Handle terminations (but we hope our customers stay for a long time)

About the Assignment

• 🕒 Start: As soon as possible!
• 📅 Working hours: Daytime
• 📍 Location: Gävle - we work on-site, no remote work here!
• ⏳ Duration: The assignment runs until 2025-12-31 with a chance of extension.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone who loves meeting people and providing great service. You have experience in customer service, are great at communicating and solving problems. Listening, understanding, and helping in the best way is a given for you. You spread joy, are responsible, and enjoy working in a team.

Additionally, we would like you to:

• 💻 Have good computer skills and learn new systems easily
• 🎓 Have a high school education or equivalent experience
• 🚗 Have a B driver's license (preferred but not required)
