About the assignment

We are looking for a customer service representative for a consulting assignment with our client in Gävle. The assignment starts immediately, and you will be scheduled according to 07:00-15:30 or 07:30-16:00. There will be no possibility for remote work; all work will take place on-site. The assignment extends until 2025-12-31 with the possibility of extension in three-month periods. Your tasks

We are looking for a customer service representative who enjoys daily contact with customers and handling inquiries via reception, phone, and chat. You will work in a varied and service-oriented role where you ensure that tenants and housing seekers receive the right assistance in a thoughtful and professional manner. We value a warm reception and that our customers feel heard and seen. As a customer service representative, you are an important part of our team and responsible for delivering high-quality service, always focusing on availability and clear communication.

The main tasks of the customer service representative are:

• Answer general questions about rentals and housing applications
• Receive inquiries from tenants, housing seekers, and other stakeholders
• Provide status information on ongoing cases
• Receive maintenance requests
• Key and tag management
• Payment matters, such as rent payments, maintenance, and optional orders
• Draft contracts for parking spaces and storage
• Termination of housing, parking space, and storage

Your qualifications

We are looking for an engaged customer service representative who enjoys working with people and has good experience in customer service within an organization focused on customer satisfaction. It is important that you are good at communicating, listening, and showing empathy. We prefer that you are positive, responsible, and enjoy working in a team while radiating joy and commitment in customer interactions.

Other requirements:

• Driver's license (B)
• Good computer skills
• Ability to express yourself clearly both verbally and in writing
• High school education or equivalent experience

Meritorious

• Experience in the housing industry
