Gästrike Fastigheter owns and manages 250,000 square meters of premises and housing in centrally located properties in Gävle, Sandviken, Skutskär, Öregrund, Västerås, Surahammar, Köping, Hallsberg, Lindesberg, and Rättvik. Job Description

As a rental agent, you will be responsible for the entire rental process for apartments and parking spaces in our portfolio in Sandviken. The job involves many personal contacts with tenants, where you will be responsible for drafting lease agreements, rental law, documentation, and other administrative tasks.

As a customer service representative, you will manage the reception at our office in Sandviken and partially staff our switchboard. The switchboard staffing mainly occurs in Sandviken but may also take place from our office in Gävle. Through our switchboard and via email, we receive many of the maintenance requests made by our tenants. In the role of customer service representative, you will receive, register, and distribute the maintenance requests and feedback that come into the organization as a whole.

Your responsibilities include, among others:

· Advertising apartments

· Drafting lease agreements

· Conducting apartment viewings

· Inspecting apartments

· The position also includes some administrative tasks such as phone calls, maintenance requests, and common office duties

· Assessment and ordering of maintenance work

· Customer service via phone and email

Your Profile

To thrive in a role that involves many contacts with tenants and subcontractors, you need to possess good social skills. Furthermore, we expect you to be self-driven and have an easy time planning, structuring, and prioritizing. We also see that you have a few years of experience in residential leasing within property management and/or relevant work experience in service or sales.
