About the Position

As a coach at Eyes4work, you will work alongside your colleagues on our various assignments within matching/recruitment.

Your role will involve guiding and matching job seekers to jobs or further studies. You are driven by working with people from diverse backgrounds and needs and see solutions for individuals. You should be motivated by goals, follow-ups, and results.

Establishing corporate contacts is natural for you and something you find both enjoyable and challenging.

This is a part-time position.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is self-driven, motivated, and engaged with others, a relationship builder with experience in job matching.

You should also have post-secondary education and experience through one of the following options:

• Option 1
  • Education: A university degree of at least 180 higher education credits (120 credits according to the previous system).
  • Work Experience: At least two (2) years of work experience equivalent to full-time. Part-time can also be accepted if the total working hours correspond to full-time over two (2) years.
• Option 2
  • Education: At least one (1) year of full-time studies at the post-secondary level with at least a passing grade.
  • Work Experience: At least three (3) years of work experience equivalent to full-time in one or more of the following professions or tasks:
  • Leadership with personnel responsibility.
  • Recruitment.
  • Transition work for job seekers.
  • Career and study guidance.
  • Handling personnel issues (not just personnel administration).
  • Work with labor market issues.
  • Work with social and group psychology.
  • Career guidance.
  • Part-time can also be accepted if the total working hours correspond to full-time over three (3) years.

• B driver's license and access to a car
• Swedish: fluent in speech and writing.

Meritorious

• Experience in sales
• Education in sales
• Experience working with authorities
