Medical Secretary for the General Psychiatric Reception in Gävle

We are now looking for a medical secretary to join us at the general psychiatric reception in Gävle. The position is a temporary contract aimed at the psychiatric outpatient care. We are currently a group of medical secretaries at the reception and enjoy collaborating to provide the best care for our patients.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The work as a medical secretary with us is varied, and you will perform different types of tasks.

As a medical secretary, you will work with:

• medical documentation of journal notes, letters, referrals, and certificates
• patient classification, diagnosis, and KVÅ registrations
• digital dictation
• the journal system Cosmic
• other administrative tasks at the reception.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, positive, and eager to be part of the administrative support in the organization. You are someone who enjoys providing good service, is resilient under stress, and is used to working independently. In your work, you are flexible and easily collaborate with other professional categories and external entities. Furthermore, we see that you are quick, precise, and enjoy adapting to new conditions.

As a medical secretary with us, you should:

• be a trained medical secretary
• have good computer skills
• have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form.

Experience with Cosmic and the Office suite, as well as knowledge of DRG, is advantageous.
