Haganässkolan is located in Älmhult in Småland, just near the border to Skåne. We have approximately 1150 students and offer various educational programs, including college preparatory and vocational programs, introductory programs, IB programs, SFI, adult education, and adapted upper secondary school.

Haganässkolan is more than just a school. We have a gym, sports facility, and swimming pool. Our goal is to provide our students with the knowledge, courage, and strength to shape and meet a better future.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Teaching Spanish and another subject, preferably English. Depending on the subject combination, the position can be between 70% - 100%.

You will plan your teaching in collaboration with other teachers and participate in co-assessment before grading. You will actively engage in our development work and collegial learning. It is essential to collaborate with guardians. We are looking for a skilled teacher who is enthusiastic, collaborative, and creates a positive classroom climate. We value your ability to spread joy at work and contribute to solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS

You are a licensed upper secondary school teacher with qualifications in Spanish; we would also like you to have qualifications in another subject. As a teacher, you need to have good pedagogical skills and be able to adapt your teaching to the needs of the student group. You should be able to collaborate, have good communication skills, and maintain a positive attitude. The role of a teacher also requires you to plan and structure your work effectively.
