JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Ulriksbergskolan is a newly renovated municipal school, centrally located in Växjö. Due to an increased number of students in preschool class, we need to hire an additional preschool teacher for our current group consisting of five preschool teachers and approximately 68 students.

The staff currently working at Ulriksbergskolan are dedicated and experienced educators who together create the best for the students, focusing on trustful relationships and a good study environment so that all our students can develop as far as possible based on the educational goals. There are well-established structures and common threads in the school's work as both school management and staff have worked together for a long time.

The school has chosen to organize itself with what we call a three-teacher system, i.e., we are three class teachers for two classes with a total of 50 students. In the grade team, there is also a student resource in the basic staffing. We see this organization as a reason why we have been able to achieve good goal fulfillment and a high level of both safety and well-being among staff, students, and guardians.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a certified teacher with the qualifications to teach in the preschool class.

We believe that you consciously work to establish good relationships with the students to achieve high goal fulfillment. Furthermore, you have a good ability to work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues.
