About the Position

At Montico, we are now looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Vocational Teacher in Workshop Technology/CNC for our educational operations in Växjö. Job Description

As a Vocational Teacher, you will play a central role in our students' development. You will teach and instruct in both practical and theoretical aspects, focusing on machining processes such as turning, milling, grinding, CAD/CAM, and CNC technology. With your experience and expertise, you will be an important role model helping our students develop the skills needed in the job market.

Your responsibilities include:

• Planning, implementing, and following up on teaching to ensure that each individual reaches their goals.
• Acting as a mentor and supporting our students during their workplace-based learning.
• Actively contributing to the development of our educational operations.

We are looking for someone who

We are looking for someone with a genuine technical interest and a strong desire to share their knowledge. You have a pedagogical flair and the ability to adapt your teaching to each individual's needs. Your collaborative and curious approach makes you a valued colleague and mentor.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of professional experience in workshop technology/CNC
• Driver's license (B) and fluent Swedish

Meritorious:

• Vocational teacher certification
• Experience in teaching workshop technology/CNC
• Approved test leader for Skärteknikcentrum
