Skatelöv School is looking for an engaged teacher/recreational pedagogue

Skatelöv School is a F-6 school with approximately 190 students. The school is located in Grimslöv, close to meadows, forests, and lakes. The staff works in teams, and the recreational activities are integrated into the school.

RESPONSIBILITIES

In your main assignment, you will plan collaboratively and systematically with other recreational staff to create good conditions and develop the recreational activities. Our operations should be based on our governing documents, the latest research, and proven experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a qualified teacher authorized to teach in recreational activities or someone who is a trained recreational pedagogue.

You have a conscious thought about your role as an educator and are a clear leader who works systematically based on applicable governing documents and a professional approach. You have the ability to create a good working climate with engagement, curiosity, and safety in the group, and you see and meet students' different needs based on their various circumstances. You stimulate all students to develop and inform students and guardians in a good way. You also have a positive attitude, a flexible working style, good collaboration skills, and contribute to the development of the operations.
