About the role

As a Developer, you will be part of Monitor's development department, located at our headquarters in Hudiksvall. Here, you will work in an innovative and stimulating environment alongside colleagues to drive the development of Monitor ERP forward.

We are looking for an experienced and driven senior developer with expertise in artificial intelligence (AI) to strengthen our development of advanced AI solutions. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing AI models, as well as ensuring that the technology contributes to business benefits and innovation.

Your main responsibilities:

• Design and develop AI models and functionality to streamline and further develop business processes in Monitor ERP.
• Define technical architecture and strategies for AI-driven features within the ERP system.
• Implement, evaluate, and refine machine learning models.
• Collaborate with and support other developers and product teams to integrate AI into business processes across Monitor.
• Ensure scalability, performance, and security in AI implementations.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in AI and drive technical improvements in the area at Monitor.
• Document and communicate technical solutions to various stakeholders.

To thrive in the role, you should recognize yourself in the following:

• Relevant academic degree in computer science, computer engineering, software development, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in software development, with several years of experience in AI/ML.
• In-depth knowledge of AI techniques, including machine learning and deep learning.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as C# or similar.
• Experience working with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or ML.Net.
• Experience working with cloud-based AI solutions (Azure, Open AI, Google Gemini, or similar).
• Experience leading technical projects and mentoring junior developers.
• Ability to identify business opportunities and develop solutions that contribute to the organization's long-term goals.
• An analytical and problem-solving focused approach.
