As a Frontend Developer at INCR, you will play a crucial role in the development and management of our own products and systems, as well as in solutions and systems built for clients. Frontend is a very important part of the user experience and the final perception of the overall experience of the products and solutions we develop. Therefore, it is important for INCR that we can deliver top-notch solutions regarding design, UX, UI, and performance.

Your main responsibilities include:

– Developing and designing high-quality and user-friendly web solutions.

– Collaborating closely with clients to understand their needs and propose solutions tailored to their specific situation.

– Keeping up to date with the latest technologies and methods in frontend development.

– Ensuring high security in web applications, including authentication and authorization management.

– Participating in system architecture and technical strategy discussions, as well as driving technical improvements.

– Collaborating with backend developers and other colleagues to create a cohesive user experience.

– Exploring and implementing new technologies and tools to improve our processes and solutions.

– Actively participating in project planning, estimation, and technical guidance.

Who are we looking for?

We are as technology-neutral as possible and choose the solution and technology that is best suited for the task. We are looking for a skilled frontend developer who wants to join an organization at an early stage to naturally influence how the business, working methods, etc., are built. You are self-driven and thrive in teams where collaboration is key.

To succeed in this role, we see that you have at least 3 years of work experience in a relevant field and meet the following qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in frontend development with modern frameworks and technologies such as Next.js, React, or Angular.

• Good knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, etc.

• Experience with security aspects of web applications.

• A good understanding of UX/UI and how to create intuitive digital experiences.

• A goal-oriented approach with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

• Familiarity with version control in Git.

• Understanding of security and best practices.

• An interest in sharing knowledge.

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

• You enjoy working in a dynamic environment and have an eye for both details and the big picture.
