ABOUT THE POSITION

Trafikverket in Gävle wants to welcome its next administrator in signal technical authorizations. As an administrator, you will be responsible for handling applications digitally via a web form. Anyone wishing to apply for a signal technical authorization must log in, register, and apply for authorization via a user account. As an administrator, you will receive and manage various authorizations and ensure the correct authorization is assigned to the right person. This may include the following authorizations registered in a database:

• Signal Technical Safety Reviewer
• Signal Safety Inspector
• Trainer for Signal Safety Inspectors
• Commissioning Inspector
• Switch Inspector

This is an immediate need, and we plan to start the position as early as the beginning of April. To help you get into the role in the best way, you will of course receive an introduction to the work. The position is part-time, about 2-3 times a week depending on workload. Some weeks the need may be greater, and some weeks less. It is a flexible position where you can work from home as well as from Trafikverket's office in Gävle.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Is studying a post-secondary education of at least 50% and has at least one year left of your studies, or has another main occupation of at least 50%
• Has at least one year of previous work experience in administration or similar tasks
• Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish as the job requires it
• Has good system and computer skills as well as good knowledge of the Office suite
