About the role 

We are looking for two summer employees from June to August on a full-time basis. In the role of support technician, you will be our face to the outside world and be part of our 1st line support for the accounting systems BL Administration and Bjorn Lunden Web and app. Your main task in this role is to assist our customers with usage. Our phone support is open between 9:30 AM - 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM, and during that time, that is where the focus lies. During other times and during quieter periods, you will also work with our written support.

You will belong to a team where we place great importance on collaboration. We help and support each other and strive for an open climate where everyone can be themselves. As a summer employee with us, there will always be help and support available.

Your closest colleagues are at our offices in Hudiksvall, Näsviken, and Ljusdal, and it is also from one of these offices that you will be based.

Who are we looking for? 

We would like you to have or currently be studying a post-secondary education in economics/accounting or IT/Technology and are looking for a rewarding summer job. We also believe that you have previous experience working with customer service or customer interaction. If you also have experience helping customers over the phone or previous knowledge/experience in economics or administration, that is a big plus. You should also be somewhat technically inclined. Not a technician, but still able to use and understand digital tools.

As a person, we believe you have good collaboration skills, are self-driven, reliable, and responsible. Taking ownership of your tasks is something you enjoy, while also not being afraid to ask for support when you need it. Additionally, you are a quick learner and passionate about providing good service. You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English.
