As a project manager at Syntronic, you will drive our development projects!

We are happy to take full responsibility for our projects but can also work on sub-projects. The assignments are distributed among various development teams, and the work is conducted either using the classic waterfall method or sometimes with an agile approach. The role of the project manager includes, among other things:

• You ensure the overall picture and prioritize based on overarching goals and strategies
• You lead and distribute the work and establish credibility with your project members
• You initiate and follow up on the development of the project and its quality
• Work with fantastic colleagues, clients, and subcontractors, both nationally and internationally
• Create conditions for a good working environment and good group dynamics.

You actively work to anticipate potential problems and subsequently develop alternative plans. As a project manager, you quickly absorb new knowledge and flexibly use and share your experience and expertise.

We are looking for a project manager who:

• Has a university degree or master's degree in, for example, industrial economics, electrical engineering, IT, or other work experience deemed equivalent
• Can communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
