In this position, you will work as a first-, second-line, and onsite technician. Examples of tasks include:

• User support via phone, email, remote control, and on-site.
• Troubleshooting, prioritizing, and resolving incoming cases on PC/client, mobile devices, networks, systems, and applications.
• Account and permission administration, program installation, and various communication issues.
• Ensuring correct documentation of cases.
• Following procedures for case management and incident management.
• Proposing and implementing continuous improvements in the area.
• The client has the right to supplementary orders for needs related to the original assignment.

We are interested in you who have worked in IT support for companies, who are in a support technician role but want to continue developing within IT infrastructure, either as a generalist or specialist. Matching different skill levels with the right type of assignments is crucial for us, and your experience and personality are the most important.

To be considered for the role, we prefer that you have several years of experience with various technical solutions such as Windows, Active Directory, Azure, Intune, O365, ticketing systems, and Teams.
