About the position
We at Perido are now looking for a receptionist for our client Bengtssons Smide, a modern smithy specializing in manufacturing, product development, and prototyping for corporate clients. Bengtssons Smide is part of the metalworking group Blixtsmide. You will be based at the office located in Täby, just north of Stockholm. Working hours are scheduled between 07:00-16:00 (14:00 on Fridays). Training will be provided before you work independently in the role.
Your responsibilities
The role involves handling incoming emails and calls from customers in the metalworking and construction sectors, registering orders in Byggsamordnaren, and receiving and assisting customers in the workshop with orders for metalworking jobs, both standard solutions and custom adaptations.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming emails and calls from customers
- Register and manage orders in Byggsamordnaren
- Receive visiting customers and assist with orders
- Coordinate smaller orders and ensure proper documentation
- Perform basic administration related to order management and customer contact

You need to be self-driven and proactive, while also being able to collaborate easily with both colleagues and customers. A responsible attitude and a strong sense of service are crucial for creating a positive customer experience. Additionally, it is important to be structured and meticulous, especially in order management and administrative tasks, to ensure that everything is handled correctly and efficiently.

Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service, administration, or reception
- Good computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems
- Basic English skills
- Ability to communicate fluently in spoken and written Swedish
Meritorious:
- Driver's license
Scope and start date
Full-time, consulting assignment for one year. Start in May 2025.
