Rediem Capital is a newly established company focused on the management of non-performing loans (NPL) with the ambition to become a leading player in our niche. Our goal is to become a Specialized Debt Restructurer (SDR), which means we can efficiently acquire, manage, and restructure NPL portfolios. About the Role

We are now looking for a dedicated senior accountant who wants to contribute to our journey. In this role, you will be part of the finance function and report directly to the company's CFO, where you will play a key role in ensuring accounting and financial processes. You will work closely with our experts in risk, business development, and portfolio acquisitions.

Main Responsibilities

• Accounting for financial derivatives, bonds, currency transactions, and NPL portfolios.
• Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
• Present analyses and recommendations to management to support strategic decisions.
• Contribute to the development and digitization of manual accounting processes and routines.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of accounting experience, preferably from banking and finance and/or auditing.
• Experience with companies that have assets and liabilities in multiple currencies.
• Solid experience in handling a large number of events from an accounting perspective.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Good ability to communicate income statement and balance sheet analyses clearly.
• A degree in accounting is preferred, as well as experience with Microsoft Business Central.
