About the position

We at Perido are looking for someone who wants to work with office services for our client If! They are a leading player in property insurance in the Nordics. They offer property insurance for individuals, including home, car, and health, as well as comprehensive insurance solutions for businesses, including vehicles, employees, and real estate. The company is characterized by a down-to-earth and helpful culture with strong employee engagement. The office is located in Bergshamra, Solna.

Your tasks

In the role of office service employee within the Facility Services department, you will have overall responsibility for the daily operations of our headquarters. You will drive and manage projects as well as handle customer inquiries according to established processes and guidelines, including If's visual identity. Your main tasks include:

• Responsibility for services such as coffee/tea, lunch, cleaning, etc.
• Collaboration with external partners to ensure the highest quality and best possible experience.
• Handling cases in our service portal.
• Conducting regular floor rounds to ensure that the office is always kept in top condition.
• Close collaboration with colleagues nationally and at the Nordic level within the company.

Approximately 40% of the position is expected to be administrative in nature, while 60% involves fixing things in the office.

Your qualities

To succeed in this role, you need to have a strong drive, a solution-oriented attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You are flexible, can quickly adapt to varying tasks, and have the ability to prioritize and plan your work carefully. You enjoy taking initiative, collaborating closely with colleagues and internal customers, and supporting the team to achieve common goals. Your communication skills and willingness to continuously develop make you an important key player in the daily work at If's headquarters!

Qualifications:

• High school education
• Experience in similar tasks
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to communicate fluently in both spoken and written Swedish and English

Meritorious:

• Experience in similar tasks within service and facility management
• Experience collaborating with external partners and managing service portals

Scope and start date

Full-time, consultancy assignment for 6 months. Immediate start.
