What does your new role as an Alarm Operator look like?

The alarm center is the heart of the office, where we can assist our customers who are in immediate danger. We take pride in providing our customers with first-class service, innovative products, and advice for a safer everyday life. In the role of alarm operator, you will handle calls related to alarms – such as fire, burglary, or operational disturbances. You will be responsible for implementing the right measures for each incident, acting as customer support, and training our customers in our alarm systems, as well as following up on serious incidents.

Just as you will handle calls regarding a developed fire, you will also receive calls about burnt food that triggered the fire alarm or a ventilation window that opens during the night when the perimeter protection is on. Therefore, it is important that you enjoy pace changes and assist all our customers with the utmost care, regardless of the incident.

In the alarm center, it is important to do things right, and our routines for how we act should be second nature; therefore, you will receive thorough training when you start with us.

Who are we looking for?

We see that you have good experience in service professions where you are used to handling customers and solving problems. You are comfortable using the computer and phone as your primary work tools. We believe in our employees' potential to develop, and therefore your values and personal qualities are just as important as your formal qualifications. In addition, we expect you to master both Swedish and English in speech and writing. A background check will be conducted both during the phone interview to ensure satisfactory extracts from the Police's criminal record and also a thorough check in accordance with the Security Protection Act (1996:627).

The position is a permanent employment, starting by agreement with placement at our headquarters in Citygate, Gothenburg. Please note that even though the position is part-time, the introductory training will take place full-time for 3 weeks.
