Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for driving, coordinating, and developing HSE work
• Follow up and ensure that the information is correct in the management system
• Check compliance with HSE regulations and ensure that HSE work is conducted in accordance with laws, regulations, and applicable delegation orders
• Ensure effective chemical management
• Be responsible for internal and external audits within HSE
• Investigate incidents and accidents according to established procedures and laws
• Support the organization in certifications and maintaining certificates according to the management group's HSE standards.
• Lead the work environment committee

The position involves travel, so you need to be comfortable traveling both within Sweden and internationally.

Requirements and merits:

Requirements:

• University degree or equivalent with a focus on safety, work environment, and environment
• Several years of work experience in HSE
• Highly documented competence in HSE
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Good collaboration skills
• Driving license B

Merits:

• Very good knowledge of standards. ISO 45001, 9001, 14001, 3834
• Good knowledge and experience in contract management
