Job Description

Are you engaged and at the beginning of your career? Do you want to develop within occupational safety and construction project management? We are looking for a Junior Construction Safety Coordinator (BAS-P) to join our team in Gothenburg. In this role, you will have the opportunity to participate in exciting projects and contribute to creating safe and efficient working environments for our construction projects during the planning phase.

As a construction safety coordinator, you will:

• Support experienced BAS-P consultants in the planning and design phases of construction projects.
• Identify and manage occupational safety risks in collaboration with designers and other stakeholders.
• Document safety plans and ensure they meet applicable legal requirements.
• Participate in meetings and workshops to enhance safety competence within the project team. 

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• A relevant education in fields such as construction technology, occupational safety, or another related discipline.
• A willingness to learn and develop in the BAS-P area.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
• A structured working method and a solution-oriented attitude.
