ValueOne currently has an open position for a parental leave cover starting in early April 2025 and lasting until the end of February 2026. We are looking for an engaged researcher for our office in Uppsala to continue driving our successful consulting and recruitment operations forward. There is a possibility of permanent employment after the parental leave cover if needed.

About the role

The researcher is a central part of our team in Uppsala. You will work with search and selection of recruitment candidates and consultants within supply chain. You will book interviews and assist the interview-responsible recruiter. Together with the regional manager and the current researcher at the Uppsala office, you form an engaged team, and you play a key role in ensuring that our assignments and deliveries maintain the highest quality. You will report to the person responsible for our competence supply in Stockholm. In the long run, there is an opportunity for the right person to broaden their responsibilities and conduct interviews.

Main responsibilities:

  • Establish specifications together with the account manager as needed
  • Write and publish job advertisements
  • Search for candidates/consultants in, for example, external networks and social media
  • Read and review CVs
  • Independently manage contacts with candidates and consultants
  • Conduct phone interviews
  • Prepare candidate and consultant presentations for clients
  • Book interviews with clients
  • Perform certain other tasks as needed, such as reference checks, personality tests, and other verifications
  • Develop strategies and methods to find the right candidates

Experience and skills

We are looking for someone with post-secondary education and at least one year of experience in recruitment or staffing, with an understanding of the recruitment or staffing process. Experience in consulting and/or in areas such as Supply Chain, purchasing, and logistics is particularly meritorious. You are communicative, structured, have a natural approach to people, and a strong drive to succeed in achieving set goals. In this role, you are expected to frequently visit our office in Stockholm.
