Reception/customer service and Catering are looking for employees during the summer months who are service-oriented, engaged, have a positive attitude and approach, and are attentive and accommodating in their interactions.

We are looking for someone who wants a fun and varied job where you need to be able to identify problems and be solution-oriented.

Reception/customer service, key management, and catering at Fyrishov currently consist of 6 permanent employees and part-time employees who work as needed.

As an employee at Uppsala Arenas and Properties, we work where the need arises within the organization. You will work alongside the team in the Reception and Catering, but working with colleagues in other units and other tasks may also occur.

The work involves great variation and is suitable for those who thrive in a sometimes fast-paced environment and enjoy providing good service.

Job Description

As a receptionist, you will be part of a team that works with service and sales of all Fyrishov's products within swimming, sports, and events. You will primarily work in our catering services and outdoor cash register at Fyrishov.

Work in other units with different tasks may also occur, so being eager to learn new things and being flexible is seen as a great advantage.

The customer's experience is at the center of our focus, and our main goal is to provide the customer with a great experience – of course, you will represent good hospitality and customer service.

The tasks are focused on sales and service, but the job also includes phone support, cash handling, café operations, and key management.

The working hours are scheduled according to the needs of the business and opening hours Monday – Sunday between 05:45 – 22:30, and we are open 365 days a year.

Who are you?

You are at least 18 years old and have a minimum of a high school education. You have previous experience in service and are used to communicating in Swedish and English. It is an advantage if you have cash handling experience and have previously worked in sales.

In this job, you will meet many different types of visitors with various requests, which is why it is important that you enjoy providing good and quick service and remain calm and stable in stressful situations.

You are social and enjoy meeting/getting to know new people and making new contacts.

As a person, you should be able to handle a constant flow of activities in the organization, have great patience, and provide friendly customer service. You are communicative and enjoy working in a dynamic and changing environment. You need to be meticulous and have the ability to plan your work.
