About the assignment

We are currently seeking a recruitment specialist for our client in Uppsala. The assignment is set to start as soon as possible and is expected to last for approximately six months, with the possibility of extension for up to four months. The assignment is full-time 100%, but it is also possible to work part-time provided you can start the assignment immediately. There is an opportunity for some remote work when the job allows it.

Your responsibilities

As a recruitment specialist, you will support HR partners with recruitment, from identifying needs to hiring new employees. You will work together with the hiring manager to create a job specification, advertise, screen candidates, provide feedback to candidates, interview candidates via phone, and conduct in-depth interviews on-site. You will also be responsible for additional administration.

Your qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in recruitment where you have handled all stages of the process
• Previously collaborated with managers in recruitment processes
• Relevant education such as behavioral science/human resources
• Understanding and experience in competency-based recruitment
• Experience in recruiting both blue-collar workers and white-collar professionals

Meritorious

• Previously worked on recruiting engineers and/or project managers
• Possess a valid driver's license (B)
