Finance Assistant for Peab in Ängelholm

As one of my consultants moves on, we now need a finance assistant for Peab in Ängelholm.

We are looking for passionate individuals who want to be part of an open, unpretentious workplace with a wonderful working atmosphere. As a finance assistant, you will be part of Peab's accounts receivable and accounts payable department and work with exciting and varied tasks. The consulting assignment starts immediately and lasts for six months, with the possibility of extension and potential takeover by the client for the right person.

About the position

Peab handles large flows, and in this department, they work in many different systems, so you must enjoy working with systems.

Your main tasks

• Ongoing accounting
• Accounts receivable and/or accounts payable
• Monthly and bank reconciliations
• Reminders
• Payments
• Setting up new suppliers
• VAT issues
• General office administration/purchasing/invoicing

Your work also includes helping and supporting your colleagues with various financial issues and sharing your knowledge.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with post-secondary education in finance and experience in similar tasks. You are confident, driven, flexible, social, structured, and unpretentious. Above all, you enjoy working in a team, and sharing your knowledge is a given for you. You are a proficient user of financial systems and can easily adapt to new ones. Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing, as well as an understanding of English, is required.
