Job responsibilities

In your role at Gleerups customer service/support, you are an important piece in providing the best possible customer service.

In this role, you will among other things:

• Support and assist teachers using Gleerups educational materials and resellers • Answer customer inquiries via phone and email, particularly regarding licenses and digital educational materials • Handle orders and requests • Support the sales and marketing organization as needed • Collaborate with colleagues in the support team and have many internal and external contacts

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Previous experience working closely with customers, preferably in customer service/support/order processing with a focus on service

• Good computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems

• Experience working in business systems, advantageous if you have previously worked in Dynamics365 and Dynamics CRM

• Excellent command of Swedish

• Advantageous if you have a pedagogical interest and want to work closely with the school environment
