About the Position

As an HR generalist with us, you will primarily:

administer and conduct recruitment processes including advertising, selection, and interviews, based on our multi-year competency supply plan,
develop and manage the onboarding process for new employees,
develop the agency's profile as an employer,
provide support to managers and employees in HR-related matters,
handle personnel administrative tasks.

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

relevant education in HR, human resource management, or equivalent,
several years of current experience in HR work in public operations,
experience in recruitment and onboarding,
good knowledge of labor law, laws and agreements, competency-based recruitment, and systematic work environment management.

It is an advantage if you have:

experience in HR work in government operations.

To succeed in the role of HR generalist, you have a good ability to manage several parallel projects through good planning, prioritization, and a structured approach. You have good communication skills and contribute to a good collaborative climate with a focus on the common goal.

About the Employment

The position is a special fixed-term employment starting immediately until December 31, 2025. MTM applies individual salary setting. The position is located at the office in Malmö with the possibility of remote work.
