About the position
As a receptionist with us, you are the first person visitors and employees meet. You are responsible for providing a professional and friendly welcome, handling incoming calls and emails, as well as managing administrative tasks such as mail handling and booking meeting rooms. The role also involves supporting various departments with practical tasks.
Some examples of job responsibilities:
- ✔ Welcome and greet visitors
- ✔ Handle incoming calls and emails
- ✔ Administer mail and deliveries
- ✔ Support other departments as needed
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, structured, and has a positive attitude. You easily build good relationships and enjoy having a central role in the organization. You are computer literate and can communicate fluently in Swedish and English.
We would like you to have:
- ✔ Experience in a similar role within reception, administration, or service
- ✔ Good communication skills in Swedish and English
- ✔ Basic knowledge of the Office suite
- ✔ A professional and solution-oriented approach
