Job Responsibilities:

In the role of customer service representative with a focus on contract management, you will primarily handle outgoing calls and email communication with customers who have, for example, submitted a moving notification, are switching electricity providers, or have a contract nearing its end. The focus of the role is to deliver high customer satisfaction and to assist in the process of choosing an electricity contract.

As part of the team, you will work with:

• Incoming calls and emails for quotes and cancellations.
• Outgoing calls and emails for customers who have submitted a moving notification, are switching electricity contracts, and contracts that are nearing their end.
• Power of attorney management
• Case management/Feedback cases.

Who Are You?

• You preferably have previous experience in customer service, sales, or equivalent experience.
• You should be able to work both independently and in a team.
• You are fluent in Danish, Swedish, and English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• You have good computer skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience with the Office Suite.
• You have prior experience with CRM or customer systems.

Will I receive training?

All new employees receive internal training in the electricity market during their first week. The training is on-site and fully paid.

About the Position:

Working hours: Weekdays, 07:30-16:30.

Employment conditions: Permanent, 6-month probationary period.

Salary: Fixed monthly salary
