Information about the position:

Smart Parkering Sverige AB is growing and is looking for a person to join our customer service team! As a customer service representative, you are the company's face to both contract customers, end customers, and suppliers. You answer questions, solve problems, and communicate in a professional and responsible manner. A large part of the work consists of handling cases related to issued control fees via phone, email, and chat. You collaborate with other departments and take responsibility and initiative within your area of work. You structure your day efficiently in consultation with other customer service representatives to ensure good service during all staffed hours of the day. Upon hiring, we may request a criminal record extract.

Examples of tasks:

• Handle incoming cases via phone, email, and chat
• Manage queue systems and rental of parking spaces and garages
• Issue and terminate parking permits
• Continuously work on the development and improvement of the customer service department together with the rest of the customer service team

All tasks must be carried out in accordance with Smart Parkering Sweden's ISO-certified management system.

Qualifications:

• Completed high school education
• Documented experience in service and/or sales
• Experience in customer service is an advantage
• Experience in the parking industry is an advantage
• Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish and be understood in English.
• Other language skills are an advantage
• Good computer skills
• Good knowledge of Excel

Employment conditions:

• Full-time, Mon-Fri 08-17 at our office in Helsingborg.
• Weekend work may arise in the future depending on needs.
• The position starts with a six-month probationary period
• Salary according to agreement, the usual range is approximately 20,000 - 25,000 SEK per month.
