Sales Associate Wanted!

We are looking for more team members who want to work as sales associates in our store pools in the areas around Helsingborg, Ängelholm, Malmö, and Lund. As a team member, you are employed by us at Retail Staffing and work on behalf of our clients' retail chains. You will be earmarked for a specific retail chain and will move between the chain's various stores as needed. You can quickly and easily book your shifts via our app that fits your schedule. We work with MQ, Hemtex, and Lindex in and around Helsingborg, Ängelholm, Malmö, and Lund, among other locations.

As a sales associate, you will be involved in all regular store tasks such as sales at the checkout and on the floor, customer service, inventory, and stocking. You always provide a good customer experience. You are outgoing and actively engage with customers. You take personal responsibility and work as a team with your colleagues in the store.

Experience/Qualifications

• It is a REQUIREMENT that you have another main occupation for at least one year ahead. This can be in the form of studies at least 50%, part-time work at least 50% (need or hourly employment does not count), or you are a self-employed person with active F-tax.
• You have completed high school education.
• You have previously worked as a sales associate with personal sales in retail.
• It is a REQUIREMENT that you can work at least 2 shifts on weekdays during the day per week, in addition to this, there is also the opportunity to work weekends and evenings.
• You can work irregular hours and can step in at short notice.
• You have good language skills in Swedish and English.
