About the Company:

Lechner is a company based in Strömsnäsbruk and a leading manufacturer in the processing and refinement of countertops. Until a few years ago, Lechner was a subsidiary of Lechner DE, which had over 600 employees, but is now operated as an independent company. Our factory was built in 2011 and we currently have about 65 employees. As an expansion, we are now opening an office in Helsingborg.

Lechner is an established leading manufacturing factory that got new owners in 2022. It is a company in transition, where we are working to build a strong organization and develop the company for the future. About the Position

As an order placer, you will be an important part of the organization’s new sales department.

You will work daily to receive orders and configure them in our ERP system.

Your daily routines include, in addition to order placement, fulfilling customer requests for special adjustments/movements of orders and being helpful via phone and email.

Additionally, you will work on building a close relationship with our customers while ensuring they receive their deliveries on time. You will collaborate closely with other departments within the organization and communicate with colleagues in purchasing, planning, production, marketing, and sales.

The position is a permanent employment (probationary period?) with immediate start. The location is Helsingborg, where we have just opened a new office. You are expected to divide your time between the office in Helsingborg and our factory in Strömsnäsbruk.

Your Background

We are looking for someone with at least a high school education. You are meticulous in your work and have an easy time understanding drawings. It is advantageous if you have worked in Monitor and have experience in the kitchen industry.

You are fluent in both English and Swedish, in both spoken and written form.

You have good knowledge of Office 365.
