Job responsibilities

As an Account Manager at Klipboard, you will be responsible for seeking out, developing, and processing primarily new customers, but also some existing ones. You will be responsible for booking and conducting physical customer visits at various tire workshops where you will convey and demonstrate the company's services to customers, with the aim of driving sales and building long-term customer relationships.

To succeed in this role, you have full commercial responsibility for your customer accounts and work both internally and externally to maximize results and ensure that the company's solutions meet the customer's needs. You will also be responsible for reporting sales and forecasts via the CRM system and at sales meetings every month. The role involves some travel as you will spend a large part of your time visiting customers in both Sweden and Denmark.

• Responsible for the sales process – prospecting, new customer development, and sales to existing customers • Find customer-tailored solutions and demonstrate the company's services

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Experience working with B2B sales in software/SaaS • B driver's license • Experience working in an international company is an advantage • Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written We are looking for someone who is communicative and can adapt their communication to build long-term and effective relationships both internally and with customers. You are commercially aware and have the ability to identify and drive business opportunities, while always keeping the customer's best interests in mind. You are proactive and like to take the initiative to improve workflows and achieve set goals. With a can-do attitude, you see solutions instead of obstacles and have a strong desire to complete tasks and solve problems effectively. Your commitment and determination ensure that you always strive to deliver good results.
