Inside Sales Representative Wanted at Procurator in Malmö

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing relationships with existing customers and creating profitable business. You will proactively identify and process warm leads and find opportunities to further develop customers. A large part of the work is done via phone, where you actively build a pipeline of new customers and develop long-term customer relationships. Your role also includes managing bookings, follow-ups, and sales administration.

This role is a vital part of strengthening the company's business and creating long-term customer relationships.

You will primarily perform tasks such as:

  • Building and developing relationships with existing customers.
  • Working to identify and process warm leads.
  • Building a pipeline of new customers.
  • Administering bookings and following up on sales efforts.

PERSONAL QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS
To succeed and thrive in the role of a salesperson, you are driven by creating profitable relationships and developing existing customers. You are used to working proactively and have a natural focus on contacting customers, primarily via phone. Persistence and a positive attitude are your strengths, and you are a team player who easily makes new contacts. We prefer that you have experience from a similar role and understand the importance of working goal-oriented to achieve results. You have the ability to quickly build trust and establish long-term relationships with customers. Maintaining a good structure in your work is a given for you, and you have a drive to develop both yourself and the business.

Since the role involves many points of contact, collaboration and communication skills are important. You are an unpretentious person who can switch between independent work and teamwork.

Important for the position:

  • Previous experience in sales or customer relations, preferably in a similar role.
  • Meriting with education in sales or marketing.
  • Good computer and system skills, especially in SAP and Office Suite.
  • Fluent Swedish in speech and writing as well as good knowledge of English.
  • Business-driven, goal-oriented, and action-oriented.

ABOUT THE POSITION
The position as an Inside Sales Representative is a full-time consulting assignment. The working hours are primarily 07:30-16:30, and you will be part of a dedicated and service-oriented team. Initially, you will be employed by Eterni Sweden AB and work as a consultant. For the right person, there are good opportunities for direct employment with Procurator.
