As we grow, we are now looking for inside sales representatives for our customer service. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES As an inside sales representative, you will sell insurance and services to our existing customers and assist with invoice inquiries, insurance questions, and similar matters. All sales are conducted via phone and involve incoming calls. Your task is to deliver the best customer experience to each customer, in every call.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? We are looking for someone with high social competence, who easily builds trusting relationships, enjoys working independently, is results-oriented, goal-driven, and competitive. Previous experience in service and sales is an advantage for this position.

To succeed in this role, you need to:

  • Have a genuine interest and experience in sales, advising, and customer satisfaction via phone
  • Be a flexible team player and an ambitious problem solver
  • Have good computer skills and enjoy working with the phone as your primary tool
  • Enjoy customer contact and can easily adapt your approach to different customers' needs, lead conversations purposefully, and have a strong customer focus
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
