Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who wants to work in proactive B2B sales, where you independently seek out companies to contact by phone with the aim of selling advertising spaces on the cover of Studieblocket, Sweden's most used notebook.

We seek someone who wants more freedom in their daily life by deciding their own working hours, while your performance is directly linked to your salary. To thrive in this role, you need to be disciplined, goal-oriented, and driven by the desire to earn money. We are looking for someone who:

• Has approximately 1-5 years of experience in proactive phone sales.
• Is accustomed to working with a phone and computer as tools, and has a home office setup.
• Has experience working remotely, thus self-discipline to work structured on your own.
• Enjoys working on a performance basis with clear goals and therefore has an inner drive to succeed.
• We provide you with the necessary software, but you need to have your own home office setup with a functioning computer and headset.

We would like you to have the opportunity to visit our headquarters in Eskilstuna for training and then visit HQ about once a quarter for team activities or workshops, therefore it is a requirement that you reside in Sweden.

Additional information

Working hours: 40h/week (full-time) distributed according to your preferences

Salary: Only commission-based salary, 30% commission on new customers and 23% commission on existing customers

Work location: Remote, but within Sweden's borders.
