We are a team of 8 dedicated employees working closely together in a dynamic and unpretentious environment. We are now looking for a Key Account Manager to strengthen our team in our modern offices in central Malmö (Stortorget).

About the role:

As a Key Account Manager at Venture Vault Capital, you will:

• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through a proactive approach, including cold calling.

• Work with unlisted and public companies that are in a growth phase.
• 
  
• Be responsible for establishing and developing long-term relationships with key clients in corporate finance.
• 
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions.
• 
  
• Be a key player in the company's continued growth journey.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has high personal drive and a strong desire to achieve results.

• Is self-motivated and has a natural ability to build relationships.

• Experience in the finance industry is an advantage, but not a requirement.
• 
  
• Has a strong desire to learn and develop within corporate finance.

Conditions:

• Full-time
• 
  
• 6 months probationary period with the possibility of permanent employment
• 
  
• Fixed salary + attractive commission model

Requirements:

• Must have worked in telemarketing for at least 1 year.
• 
  
• Basic knowledge of Excel and computer usage.
• 
  
• Fluent in spoken and written Swedish. Basic knowledge of English is an advantage.
