Job responsibilities:
As a customer service employee, you will primarily:
- Handle incoming calls, emails, chats, and social media for our Danish customers
- Provide advice and guide customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Administer order management, invoicing, and reviews.
- Contribute to the team's and company's overall goals.
Other information:
- Employment type: Full-time/Permanent with an initial probationary period of 6 months
- Location: At our office in Malmö with proximity to good communication options.
- Start date: By agreement.
