Motum AB, Sweden's largest independent elevator and door group, is now looking for an experienced and committed Payroll Administrator to join its team! The group consists of eight subsidiaries with approximately 400 employees in Sweden and is in an exciting growth phase. Now you have the chance to become part of this stable and expanding business!

About the role

As a Payroll Administrator at Motum, you play a key role in ensuring accurate and efficient payroll processing. Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for administering and paying salaries for approximately 400 collective agreement employees and salaried staff according to the collective agreements IF Metall and Elektrikerna.

Your main responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and efficient payroll processing in accordance with laws, agreements, and internal guidelines
• Provide support in various payroll and HR-related questions
• Reporting and administration of pensions and other benefits
• Preparation of employment contracts and other HR-related administration

The position is based in the office in Malmö, Helsingborg, or Stockholm, depending on what suits you best. You will be part of a team within HR and payroll where you together provide valuable support to the company's managers and employees.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with several years of experience in payroll administration and a good understanding of collective agreements. You have experience in pension reporting and various pension solutions, as well as familiarity with payroll systems - Motum uses Kontek.
