You will work in our support team, providing technical support regarding home alarms, billing inquiries, and other customer management issues. You will also visit customers for service calls. You are good at interacting with customers and providing excellent service by explaining how the system works in a pedagogical manner. To some extent, sales will also occur, so we prefer someone who is competitive and enjoys going the extra mile for the customer.

YOUR WORKPLACE

At Svenska Alarm, you will be part of the support team. You will be based at our headquarters in Malmö.

WORKING HOURS AND CONDITIONS

You will work on days, evenings, or weekends, and it is important that you can work to some extent during the mornings. Therefore, flexibility is required. The job is perfect for you who are studying or want to complement your current employment with something more.

WHO ARE YOU?

You are a student or want to supplement your employment with a part-time job. You enjoy working independently, are stress-resistant, and a skilled problem solver. You are practical and can handle a screwdriver. As a person, you appreciate flexibility and have no objections to working irregular hours, including days, evenings, and weekends. You learn new things easily and enjoy helping others.

SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

• Socially competent. You find it easy to talk to new people.
• Technically interested.
• Experience using tools such as screwdrivers.
• Familiar with using smartphones, apps, and computers.
• You speak and write fluent Swedish.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Driving license B
• Access to a personal car
• Clean record in the Police Authority's criminal register.

No previous experience in alarm installations is required. You will receive training that provides you with the right conditions to succeed in the role of alarm installer.
