Job Responsibilities:

As part of our customer service team, you will play an important role in every customer experience. In the role of customer service representative, you will primarily respond to incoming calls and emails. The focus of the role is to deliver high customer satisfaction, which contributes to sales and efficiency.

As part of the team, you will work with:

• Incoming calls
• Incoming and outgoing email management
• Chat
• Mail handling
• Case management/ Feedback cases
• Power of attorney management

Who Are You?

• You preferably have previous experience in customer service, sales, or equivalent experience.
• You should be able to work both independently and in a team.
• You are fluent in Danish, Swedish, and English, both spoken and written. If you speak additional languages, this is an advantage.
• You have good computer skills.

Meritorious:

• Previous experience with the Office suite.
• You have prior experience with CRM or customer systems.

Will I receive training?

All new hires receive internal training in the electricity market during their first week. The training is on-site and fully paid.

About the Position:

Working hours: Weekdays, 07:30-16:30.

Employment conditions: Permanent, 6 months probationary period.

Salary: Fixed monthly salary
