About the position

Boxflow is growing and is now looking for a new colleague to the head office in Östra Ljungby. We provide staffing solutions primarily for warehousing, industry, and production. The daily life of a consultant manager assistant with us is varied with a strong focus on delivery towards customer and consultant satisfaction. Responsibilities

In the role of consultant manager assistant, you will support the consultant manager with the following tasks:

• Recruitment- assist in ongoing recruitment processes such as advertising, selection, phone interviews, in-person interviews, and reference checks. Proactively work with recruitment to build staffing pools.
• Scheduling and staffing planning- you will help the consultant manager book staff for work.

Profile & background

We are looking for someone who is structured and organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines. You have a strong sense of service and enjoy supporting both consultant managers and consultants. Communication is one of your strengths – you express yourself well in both speech and writing and find it easy to collaborate. We value flexibility and problem-solving skills, where you can quickly adapt to changes and handle unexpected situations. Additionally, you are proactive, work independently, and are happy to provide suggestions for improvement.
