The Central Hospital Kristianstad (CSK) is the emergency hospital for northeastern Skåne. Here, emergency care is provided around the clock by competent and dedicated staff. CSK has the resources of a large hospital and the closeness and community of a smaller hospital. The hospital offers residents in the catchment area care in all specialties. Approximately 2,600 employees work here.

Within VO Surgery in Kristianstad, vascular surgery, general surgery, and oncology operations are conducted. Kristianstad also has one of Region Skåne's breast centers, which is organized under the surgical outpatient clinic. Inpatient care is located in the area's two other care departments and partially in another unit's care department. We are a large and eventful operation. Our team consists, in addition to managerial support, of administrators, surgical planners, and medical secretaries.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for a driven colleague who wants to help develop the administrative support within VO Surgery. With us, you will have a stimulating, meaningful, and varied job!

In your managerial support assignment, you will assist the unit manager with scheduling and staffing of the departments during short-term and long-term absences. You will also report data such as absences, flex adjustments, and overtime in our personnel administrative system HR-fönster, which forms the basis for employees' salaries and working hours. For new hires, you will be responsible for writing employment documents, sending contracts, and arranging permissions in our various systems.

The working hours are primarily during the day, Monday to Friday, but there may also be work on weekends in the future.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a completed high school diploma and experience in administrative work. Additionally, good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is a requirement for the position. It is advantageous if you have a recognized high school education in administration and/or have experience in administrative work within inpatient care. Furthermore, it is beneficial if you are accustomed to working in TimeCare, the Office suite, and HR-fönster or equivalent personnel and payroll systems. Basic knowledge of laws and agreements regarding working hours for public operations is also desirable.

The role requires high accuracy, good organizational and planning skills, and an appreciation for administrative tasks where you have a coordinating role. As a person, you enjoy creating new contacts and maintaining good relationships at work. We value a positive attitude towards everyone around you and a service-oriented mindset. Furthermore, we believe you can easily adapt and make reprioritizations when circumstances change. Although much of the work is done independently, it is important that you have good collaboration skills. We are keen to find the right person for the role and therefore place great importance on personal suitability.
