JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Quality Developer, you will work in the staff unit within the social sector, a team where we combine specialist competence with a holistic view and drive. We support the entire sector in developing structure, quality, and working methods, and we do it together.

The role is both strategic and operational, and you will play an important role in strengthening and developing quality work within elderly care. A central part of your assignment is to be responsible for investigations according to Lex Sarah, follow up on deviations, and ensure legally secure documentation. You are also an integral part of the sector's work towards the social committee, where you work within the framework of the municipality's case process. You prepare qualified decision-making materials, ensure that cases follow applicable structure and quality, and may also present at committee meetings.

You will also work with follow-up, analysis, and development work. This may involve mapping processes, driving improvement initiatives, or leading projects to introduce new working methods and systems. The role requires the ability to switch between details and the big picture – from formulating clear routines to working with long-term organizational development.

An important part of the assignment is to support the sector's managers. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is attentive, collaborative, and solution-focused, and who enjoys creating dialogue, trust, and common paths forward.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a university degree in a relevant field, as well as experience in quality management (preferably according to SOSFS), investigative work, and development issues. It is an advantage if you have experience from municipal operations and work in a politically governed organization, as well as an interest in system support and a digital working method.

We would like you to have:

• Experience working in the public sector
• Good knowledge of applicable legislation, especially SoL, Lex Sarah, and the Administrative Procedure Act
• Very good ability to express yourself in both speech and writing
• Ability to work independently, structured, and solution-focused
