Werksta Malmö Bernstorp is in need of an engaged and competent Customer Receptionist / Damage Estimator who wants to strengthen our experienced team. With us, you will play a crucial role in ensuring high customer satisfaction and precision in damage management.

Your profile - Experienced Customer Receptionist / Damage Estimator

We are looking for a person with substantial experience in customer reception and damage estimation. You are meticulous and have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while delivering a superior customer experience.

• Proven experience in damage assessment and management.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Knowledge of and experience with computerized systems for damage analysis.
• Flexible and solution-oriented with a strong sense of customer service.
• Valid driver's license (B) is required.

Responsibilities and tasks

• Handling customer cases from reception to completion, including damage assessment and service.
• Evaluate, calculate, and adjust damage costs in collaboration with insurance companies and workshops.
• Maintain transparent and professional dialogues with customers.
• Collaborate with workshop staff to ensure repairs meet the highest quality standards.
• Document and monitor all relevant information in our systems.
